Essential Qualification: Academic Requirements
Field Engineer (Electrical): Full-time B.E/B.Tech/B.Sc (Engg.) in Electrical discipline or equivalent with a minimum of 55% marks.
Field Engineer (Civil): Full-time B.E/B.Tech/B.Sc (Engg.) in Civil discipline or equivalent with a minimum of 55% marks.
Field Supervisor (Electrical): Full-Time Diploma in Electrical or equivalent discipline with minimum 55% marks. Higher technical qualifications are not allowed.
Field Supervisor (Civil): Full-Time Diploma in Civil Engineering with minimum 55% marks. Higher technical qualifications are not allowed.
Field Supervisor (Electronics & Communication): Full-time Diploma in Electrical/Electronics & Communication/Information Technology or equivalent with minimum 55% marks. Higher technical qualifications are not allowed.
Experience: Required Post-Qualification Expertise
Field Engineer (Electrical): One-year post-qualification experience in Design/Engineering/Construction/Testing & Commissioning etc. in Rural Electrification, Distribution Management System, etc.

Compensation and Benefits: Salary Structure
The compensation details are as follows:
Field Engineer: ₹30,000 - ₹1,20,000 with CTC of ₹8.9 Lakhs approx.
Field Supervisor: ₹23,000 - ₹1,05,000 with CTC of ₹6.8 Lakhs approx.
These figures include basic pay, Industrial DA, HRA and Perks.
