Educational Qualification 2025, Required for Each Post
Junior Executive (Fire Services):
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering/Technology in Fire Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Automobile Engineering.
Junior Executive (Human Resources):
Graduate degree.
MBA or equivalent 2-year duration degree with specialization in HRM/HRD/PM&IR/Labour Welfare.
Junior Executive (Official Language):
Post-Graduation in Hindi with English as a subject at Degree level.
OR Post-Graduation in English with Hindi as a subject at Degree level.
OR Post-Graduation in any subject with Hindi and English as compulsory/elective subjects at Degree Level.
Important Notes on Qualifications:
Degrees/Diplomas should be from recognized universities/institutions.
Pass marks or equivalent are required for Bachelor's and PG degrees/diplomas.
Candidates with B.E./B.Tech/B.Sc. (Engg.) degrees are eligible where a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering is specified.
Age Limit 2025, and Applicable Relaxations
Maximum Age Limit: 27 years as on March 18, 2025 for Junior Executive posts.

PwBD: 10 years (where post is identified suitable)

Remuneration 2025, Pay Scale and Benefits
Pay Scale: ₹40000 - 3% - 140000 (IDA) - E-1 Level, Group-B.

Basic Pay.
Dearness Allowance.
Perks @ 35% of Basic Pay.
House Rent Allowance (HRA).

Selection Process 2025, Stages Involved
Computer Based Test (CBT):
Provisional eligible candidates will be called for CBT.
Admit cards will be issued online.
No negative marking.

Application Verification:
Shortlisted candidates based on CBT performance will be called for document verification.
Physical Tests (For Junior Executive - Fire Services):
Physical Measurement Test.
Driving Test.
Physical Endurance Test (Running, Casualty Carrying, Pole Climbing, Rope Climbing, Ladder Climbing).
Candidates must qualify in all physical tests to be considered for selection.
Driving License (For Junior Executive - Fire Services):
Valid Permanent Light Motor Vehicle License is mandatory at the time of Application Verification.
Heavy Vehicle Driving License must be obtained within 2 years of joining for selected candidates.
Medical Examination:
Selected candidates will undergo a medical examination. Cost will be borne by the candidate.
Application Fee 2025, and Payment Mode
Application Fee: ₹1000/- (Rupees One Thousand only) inclusive of GST.
Exemption: SC/ST/PwBD candidates, Female candidates, and AAI Apprentices who have completed one year of apprenticeship training in AAI are exempted from fee payment.
Payment Mode: Online mode only through SBI e-Pay Lite payment portal (Internet Banking/Debit/Credit Card).
Fee Refund: Fees once paid are non-refundable. Duplicate payments may be refunded after the application closing date.
