Junior Executive Educational Qualification 2025: Essential Requirements
Junior Executive (Fire Services): Bachelor's Degree in Engineering/Technology in Fire Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Automobile Engineering.
Junior Executive (Human Resources): Graduate with an MBA or equivalent (2 years) with specialization in HRM/HRD/PM&IR/Labour Welfare.
Junior Executive (Official Language):
Post-Graduation in Hindi or English with the other language as a subject at the degree level.
Post-Graduation in any subject with Hindi and English as compulsory/elective subjects at the degree level.
Junior Executive Experience Requirements 2025: Important Information
Junior Executive (Fire Services) & (Human Resources): No prior experience is required.
Junior Executive (Official Language): Two years of experience in translation from English to Hindi and Hindi to English related to glossary, preferably in Technical or Scientific literature
Age Limit for AAI Junior Executive Recruitment 2025: Upper Age Relaxation
Maximum age limit: 27 years as on 18.03.2025.
Age Relaxation:
SC/ST: 5 years
OBC (NCL): 3 years
PwBD: 10 years (where the post is identified as suitable)
AAI Employees: 10 years (regular service, probation completed)

Physical Measurement Test
Driving Test
Physical Endurance Test
Shortlisted candidates will be called for document verification and subsequent tests.
Provisional selection based on CBT performance, meeting eligibility criteria, and qualifying relevant tests.
Selected candidates for Fire Services must sign a surety bond of Rs. 5 Lakhs and serve AAI for 3 years after training.

What is the application mode for the AAI Junior Executive positions?

Yes, there is an application fee of Rs. 1000/- for all categories except SC/ST/PWD, female candidates and AAI apprentices who are exempted. Payment is to be made online only.

Yes, candidates can apply for multiple posts by completing separate registrations and paying the fee for each post, provided they meet all eligibility criteria.
Will candidates be able to choose the location of the examination?
The Computer Based Test will be conducted at major cities across India, but AAI reserves the right to alter or re-assign the examination center, no request for change will be entertained.
What if I am a final semester/year student?
Candidates enrolled in their final semester/year are eligible to apply provided that they are in possession of their final result during the Application Verification.
