• Additional Secretary:

  • Scale of Pay: ₹30,000-₹110,000 + GP ₹17,500 per month in Pay Band 4 and other admissible allowances.

• Language Reporter:

  • Scale of Pay: ₹22,000-₹97,000 + GP ₹9,400 per month in Pay Band 3 and other admissible allowances.

• Assistant Librarian:

  • Scale of Pay: ₹14,000-₹70,000 + GP ₹8,700 per month in Pay Band 2 and other admissible allowances.

• Stenographer Grade-III (English):

Eligibility Criteria:

• Additional Secretary:

  • Minimum 7 years of experience as Joint Secretary or equivalent in any Assam Government Department.

  • Sound knowledge in Constitutional Law and Parliamentary Practice & Procedure.

  • Preference given to candidates with a Bachelor of Law degree from a recognized university.

  • Age: Not less than 50 years and not more than 55 years at the time of application.

• Protocol Officer:

  • Master’s Degree in any discipline with minimum 60% marks from a recognized university.

  • 4 years of working experience in any Govt./Semi Govt. Office/Organization.

  • Candidates with a degree in Tourism & Hospitality Management will be given preference.

• Language Reporter:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline.

  • Stenography certificate in Assamese.

  • Age: Not less than 21 years and not more than 43 years at the time of application.

• Assistant Librarian:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Library Science.

  • Age: Not less than 21 years and not more than 43 years at the time of application.

• Stenographer Grade-III (English):

  • Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline.

  • Stenography certificate in English.

  • Age: Not less than 21 years and not more than 43 years at the time of application.
