Salary Structure: Post-Wise Remuneration

  • Assistant Branch Manager/ Assistant Farm Superintendent: Fixed pay of Rs. 42,000/- per month (2% yearly increment based on performance)

  • Assistant Accounts Officer (Retired Govt./ PSU Employee Only): Fixed pay of Rs. 50,000/- per month (inclusive of conveyance fees)

  • Sales Assistant: Fixed pay of Rs. 25,000/- per month (2% yearly increment based on performance)

Eligibility Criteria: Age Limit Details

  • Assistant Branch Manager/ Assistant Farm Superintendent & Sales Assistant: As per Government norms.

  • Assistant Accounts Officer (Retired Govt./ PSU Employee Only): Maximum 65 years as on 1st March, 2024.

Educational Qualification Requirements: Post-Specific Education

  • Assistant Branch Manager/ Assistant Farm Superintendent:

    • M.Sc (Agriculture) in Seed Science & Technology/Plant Breeding & Genetics (full time) from a recognised University/Institution.

    • Minimum 60% marks or equivalent score in the said course.

  • Assistant Accounts Officer (Retired Govt./ PSU Employee Only):

    • Graduate in Commerce from a recognised University/Institution.

  • Sales Assistant:

    • Graduate in any stream from a recognised University/Institution.

    • Minimum 60% marks or equivalent score in the said course.

Required Work Experience: For Each Position

  • Assistant Branch Manager/ Assistant Farm Superintendent:

    • Minimum two years of professional experience in the seed-related sector under Govt. departments/ PSUs/ Govt. agencies.

  • Assistant Accounts Officer (Retired Govt./ PSU Employee Only):

    • Minimum 25 years of professional experience in handling accounts and finance in Govt. departments/ PSUs/Govt. agencies.

    • Must be a retiree from a similar or equivalent post in Govt. departments/ PSUs/Govt. agencies.

  • Sales Assistant:

    • Preference will be given to candidates with experience in marketing/sales under Govt. departments/ PSUs/ Govt. agencies.
