Eligibility Criteria for Vacancy
ITI Trade Apprentices: Candidates must have passed the 10th class examination with a minimum of 40% marks and possess a National Trade Certificate (NTC) issued by NCVT/SCVT in the relevant trade.
Graduate Apprentices: Candidates must have completed their Graduation or equivalent in the concerned streams with a minimum of 40% marks from a recognized institute.
Diploma Apprentices: Candidates must have completed a Diploma with a minimum of 40% marks from a recognized institute.

Selection Process for Career Opportunity
The selection of candidates will be based strictly on a merit list prepared using the marks obtained in qualifying examinations. There will be no written test or personal interview.
Graduate Apprentices: Weightage is calculated as 20% for 10th marks, 20% for 12th/Diploma marks, and 60% for aggregate marks in Graduation/Engineering.
Diploma Apprentices: Weightage is calculated as 30% for 10th marks and 70% for Diploma marks.
ITI Apprentices: Weightage is calculated as 30% for 10th marks and 70% for ITI marks in the concerned trade.
Preference: 25% of seats are reserved for candidates possessing residency certificates of the districts where the Project/Power Station/Unit is located.
