Salary and Benefits Package
Selected candidates start with a competitive pay scale. The tenure lasts for a maximum of four years.
Basic Pay: Rs. 23,910/- per month.
Dearness Allowance (DA): Currently 55.7% of basic pay.
Medical Expenses: Rs. 1,500/- fixed monthly.
Additional Benefits: HRA (based on city class), Perks, Provident Fund, Gratuity, and Bonus.
Annual Increase: You will receive a 3% increment on your basic pay every year based on performance.
Selection Process for Non-Executive Jobs
The selection is strictly merit-based. You will face a Computer Based Written Test lasting 2 hours. Here is the exam structure:
Part-I: 20 questions on General Awareness.
Part-II: 20 questions on English & Reasoning.
Part-III: 60 questions regarding your specific Engineering Discipline.
Each question carries 1 mark. There is no negative marking. You must score at least 60% to pass (55% for reserved categories). High scorers will be invited for document verification and a medical fitness exam.
