National Project Manager Educational Qualification and Experience Requirements
Essential Qualification:
Bachelor's degree in engineering, architecture, planning or other related fields from a recognized University with 60% marks in aggregate.
Post-graduate master's degree in architecture, planning, engineering, environmental management or other related fields.
Experience:
At least 15 years of progressive experience including project-related experience in building energy efficiency, building thermal performance analysis, passive building design, and building sector policies.
At least 8 years of sector-specific technical expertise in areas such as implementation of building energy codes in India, passive design, and thermal comfort analysis.
Desirable:
Ph.D. in relevant fields.
Experience working with government bodies or UN agencies.
Relevant professional certifications.
Senior Sector Expert (Building Energy Efficiency/Low-Carbon Comfort Systems) Qualification and Experience Details
Essential Qualification:
Bachelor's degree in architecture/engineering/planning from a recognized University with 60% marks.
Post-graduate master's degree in relevant fields. (Bachelor's degree with 3 additional years of experience may be considered)
Experience:
At least 8 years of progressive experience in building energy efficiency, thermal performance analysis, and related areas.
At least 5 years of sector-specific technical expertise in areas like passive design, thermal comfort, or building energy codes.
Desirable:
Ph.D. in relevant fields.
Experience with government bodies or UN agencies.
Relevant professional certifications.
Finance Assistant Job Requirements: Qualification and Experience Details
Essential Qualification: A bachelor's degree in finance, management, commerce, or equivalent.
Experience: At least 5 years of relevant post-qualification experience in administration, financial management, and procurement.
Desirable:
Post-graduate degree in finance, management, or related fields.
Experience working with government bodies or UN agencies.
Knowledge of GFR and accounting procedures.
