Eligibility Criteria for CONCOR Recruitment 2026 Vacancy

Management Trainee (MT) Roles
Most MT roles require a specific degree plus a minimum percentage. For instance, the MT (Commercial & Operations) post requires a Graduation degree (55% marks) plus a two-year MBA or PG Degree/Diploma (60% marks) in Marketing, Logistics, or Supply Chain Management. MT (Technical) applicants need a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Electronics Engineering with at least 60% marks. Freshers are generally welcome for MT positions as no prior experience is listed for most.
Assistant Officer (AO) Roles
These positions require both a degree and relevant work experience.
AO (Commercial & Operations): Graduate with 50% marks and 4 years of experience (reduced to 2 years for specific diploma holders).
AO (Accounts): B.Com with 50% marks and 4 years of experience (or 2 years for CA/CMA Inter qualified candidates).
AO (Technical): Diploma/Bachelor's degree with 1 to 3 years of experience depending on the qualification level.

Selection Process for CONCOR Recruitment 2026
The selection route depends on the post you choose.
For Management Trainees: You must pass a Computer Based Test (CBT). Following this, shortlisted candidates undergo a Group Discussion (GD) and/or a Personal Interview.
For Assistant Officers: Selection is purely based on your performance in the Online Test (CBT). No interview is required for the AO grade.
CBT Exam Pattern
The online test lasts 90 minutes. It contains 100 questions.

English Language: 10 Questions
Reasoning: 10 Questions
Quantitative Aptitude: 15 Questions
General Knowledge: 15 Questions
Penalty: 0.25 marks will be deducted for every wrong answer.
