Qualification and Eligibility:
Engineering Disciplines: B.E./B.Tech./B.Sc.(Engg.)/5-year Integrated M.Tech. with minimum 60% aggregate marks (or equivalent CGPA). Specific eligible specializations are listed in the brochure. GATE score may be considered.
Science Disciplines (Physics, Chemistry, Biosciences, Geology): M.Sc. or Integrated M.Sc. with minimum 60% aggregate marks (or equivalent CGPA). Specific eligible specializations are listed in the brochure. GATE score may be considered.
