Qualification: Candidates who apply for second P.U.C. or should have passed a three-year diploma or equivalent examination. And must have passed Senior Level Shorthand and Typing or Diploma Commerce Examination or equivalent examination in both Kannada and English languages conducted by Karnataka Board of Secondary Education Examination.

Salary: The selected candidates for the posts will get a monthly salary of Rs. 27,650 to Rs. 52,650 in the pay scale.

Selection Method: Selection will be made on the basis of aggregate percentage of marks secured in the qualifying tests and 5 minutes of dictation at the rate of 120 words per minute and 45 minutes of ability to type and transcribe through typewriter/computer and interview.
