Chief Manager (Economist): Post Graduate degree in Economics/ Applied Economics/ Business Economics/ Econometrics with minimum 60% marks. 12 years of post-qualification experience as an Economist/ Analyst in Energy/ Oil & Gas sector.
Chief Manager (Law): Graduate Degree (minimum 55% marks) and Bachelor Degree in Law (LLB) with minimum 55% marks. OR 5 years Integrated LLB Degree with minimum 55% marks. 12 years of post-qualification experience as a Law Executive in State/ Central Government Department(s)/ Institution(s)/ Undertaking(s).
Chief Manager (Medical Services): MBBS with MD / DNB in General Medicine. 9 years of post-qualification experience as Medical Officer/ Specialist/ Consultant/ Lecturer/ Asst. Professor/ Associate Professor in Govt. Medical College/ Hospital or Pvt. Medical College/ Hospital.
Chief Manager (Human Resource): Bachelor's Degree (minimum 60% marks) and Two years MBA/ MSW with specialization in Personnel Management & Industrial Relations/ Human Resources Management with minimum 65% marks.
