Mechanical Engineer: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering with minimum 60% marks and minimum 4 years of experience.
Electrical Engineer: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering with minimum 60% marks and minimum 4 years of experience.
Civil Engineer: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering with minimum 60% marks and minimum 4 years of experience.
Instrumentation Engineer: Bachelor’s degree in Instrumentation Engineering with minimum 60% marks and minimum 4 years of experience.

HPCL 2023 Age Limit
The maximum age limit for the various posts are as follows:
Mechanical Engineer: Maximum 25 years as on 15th September 2023 for UR/EWS candidates. Age relaxation for OBC (NC)/SC/ST/PwBD candidates will be applicable as per the Presidential Directives.
Electrical Engineer: Maximum 25 years as on 15th September 2023 for UR/EWS candidates. Age relaxation for OBC (NC)/SC/ST/PwBD candidates will be applicable as per the Presidential Directives.
Civil Engineer: Maximum 25 years as on 15th September 2023 for UR/EWS candidates. Age relaxation for OBC (NC)/SC/ST/PwBD candidates will be applicable as per the Presidential Directives.
Instrumentation Engineer: Maximum 25 years as on 15th September 2023 for UR/EWS candidates. Age relaxation for OBC (NC)/SC/ST/PwBD candidates will be applicable as per the Presidential Directives.

HPCL 2023 Salary
The selected candidates will be offered a pay scale of Rs. 60,000 - Rs. 1,80,000 per month along with other allowances and benefits as per the rules of HPCL.
