Salary Structure for Jobs
Candidates selected for the post of Probationary Officer/Management Trainee will be placed in the following pay scale:
Basic Pay Scale: Rs. 48480-2000/7-62480-2340/2-67160-2680/7-85920
Starting Basic Pay: Rs. 48,480 per month.
Additional Benefits: Officers will be eligible for allowances (DA, HRA, CCA) and perquisites as per the rules of the respective participating banks.
Eligibility Criteria for Recruitment 2026
Educational Qualification: A Degree (Graduation) in any discipline from a University recognised by the Govt. of India or any equivalent qualification recognized by the Central Government.
Final Result: Candidates must possess a valid Mark-sheet/Degree Certificate indicating they are a graduate as on 21.07.2026.
