The age limit for each post as on 15.04.2025 is as follows:
Assistant (Rajbhasha): 28 years
Light Vehicle Driver-A: 35 years
Heavy Vehicle Driver-A: 35 years
Fireman-A: 25 years
Cook: 35 years
Age relaxation is applicable as per Government of India orders for Departmental candidates, Ex-Servicemen, Disabled Defence Services personnel, Meritorious Sportspersons, Persons with Benchmark Disability (PwBD), Widows, divorced women and women judicially separated from their husbands (who are not re-married). Minimum age for all posts is 18 years.

Essential Qualifications For all the Posts
Assistant (Rajbhasha):
Graduation with a minimum of 60% marks or CGPA of 6.32 on a 10-point scale as declared by any recognized University.
Hindi Typing speed @25 words per minute on computer.
Proficiency in the use of Computers.
Desirable: Knowledge of English Typewriting.
Light Vehicle Driver-A & Heavy Vehicle Driver-A:
Pass in SSLC / SSC / Matric / 10th Std.
Must possess valid LVD/HVD license.
3/5 years' experience as Light/Heavy Vehicle Driver.
Must possess valid Public Service Badge.
Any other requirement of the Motor Vehicle Act of Kerala State should be met within 3 months after the candidate joins the posts.
Fireman-A:
SSLC/SSC Pass.
Should satisfy the prescribed Physical Fitness & Physical Efficiency Test standards.
Cook:
SSLC/SSC Pass.
Five year experience in similar capacity (as Cook) in a well-established Hotel/Canteen.
