Selection Process for ITBP Vacancy 2026
The Selection Process is thorough. It moves through three distinct phases.
Phase one is the Physical Efficiency Test (PET). It is qualifying only. Men must run 1.6 km in 7.30 minutes. Women have an 800m race. Then comes the Physical Standard Test (PST). They measure your height. Men get their chest measured too.
