Job Description and Qualifications

The bank is seeking to fill two types of positions:

1. Assistant Manager (4 Vacancies):

  • Essential Qualification: A second-class degree from a recognized university.

2. Recovery Supervisor/OA (20 Vacancies):

  • Essential Qualification: 10+2 with 50% marks or a Graduate/Post-Graduate degree from a recognized university. A 5% concession in marks is applicable for candidates belonging to SC/ST/OBC & Cooperative Societies. Preference will be given to candidates with a Diploma in computer applications or cooperative management.

The application fee varies based on the post and category and is non-refundable. Selection Process

The selection process consists of a written test (objective type questions in English and Hindi) and a viva-voce examination. The written test carries 85% weightage, while the viva voce carries 15%. Shortlisting for the viva will be done at a 1:3 ratio based on the written test performance. Preference will be given to candidates with experience and higher education qualifications in relevant fields.

Examination Centers

The online examination will be conducted at eight centers within Himachal Pradesh, and additional centers may be available outside the state. Candidates will be able to choose their preferred examination center during the application process.
