Chief Engineer (Generation)
Qualification: Bachelors’ Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Instrumentation, Electronics, Electronic & Telecommunication, Power Engineering, or Electrical & Power Engineering & Technology from a recognized University.
Experience: Total 15 years of experience in a Power Generation Company (Central/State/IPP). This must include at least 05 years in selection posts like Executive Engineer and above, with 02 years as Dy. Chief Engineer or 03 years as Deputy Chief Engineer.
Chief Engineer (Civil)
Qualification: Bachelors’ Degree in Civil Engineering or Technology from a recognized University.
Experience: Total 15 years of experience, with at least 12 years in Civil works related to the Power Generation Sector. The candidate must have 05 years in selection posts (Executive Engineer and above), including 02 years as Dy. Chief Engineer or 03 years as Deputy Chief Engineer.
Age Limit for Recruitment 2026
General Candidates: Maximum 50 years.
MAHAGENCO Employees: Maximum 57 years.
