Educational Qualification for Ladakh Career Recruitment 2026
Qualifications vary strictly by role. You must meet the essential criteria to be considered.
Management Roles
For the Manager HR position, you need a Master’s degree in HR, Healthcare Management, or Public Health. Preference goes to those with two years of experience. The Referral Services role requires a PG/PGDM in Hospital Administration or Public Health with two years of experience in Emergency Response Systems.
Technical and Legal Roles
The Infrastructure (BEMMP) role requires a B.E./B.Tech in Biomedical Engineering. You need two years of experience. Alternatively, a combination of a degree and a PG Diploma in Management is acceptable. Law Officers must possess an LLB with at least two years of experience in the government or private sector.
Finance and IT Roles
Accountants must have a B.Com from a recognized university. Two years of experience in finance, budgeting, or audit is mandatory. For the HMIS Manager, a B.E./B.Tech, MBA, or Master’s in Public Health is required alongside two years of professional experience.
Selection Process for NHM Ladakh Vacancy
Don't expect a written exam. The committee uses a point-based system to rank candidates.
Academic Qualification: 60 marks (pro-rated)
Relevant Experience: 20 marks
Viva-Voce (Interview): 20 marks
The total score is 100. If the number of applicants is ten times higher than the posts, the committee will shortlist based on basic academic qualification. Experience counts only if it is in the relevant field.
