Role and Responsibilities of the Short Term Consultant
Assist in organizing events (Meetings, Workshops, Trainings, Retreats, etc.) for NHSRC & MOHFW.
Plan events, coordinate with empaneled vendors like hotels and event management companies.
Ensure timelines are met and the highest quality standards are maintained.
Oversee all event preparations, from planning to paperwork and payments.
Supervise support staff as assigned by the Principal Administration Officer.
Organize and document vendor meetings.
Ensure timely empanelment of hotels, restaurants, and event management companies.
Prepare and renew vendor contracts following due process.
Negotiate rates and availability from vendors.
Ensure all written approvals are in place before proceeding with tasks.
Undertake minor procurements according to GFR.
Assist in preparing SOPs and tender documents.
Any other administrative work as assigned by the Principal Administrative Officer.
Age Limit for the Administration Consultant Position
Upto 45 years (as on the date of receiving the application).
Work Location and Travel for the Contractual Role
New Delhi, with occasional outstation travel and regular local travel.
