RSETI Faculty Work and Responsibilities
What does the rseti faculty work involve? It is not a desk-only job. You will be the primary link between the institute and the trainees.
Training: Handling sessions on entrepreneurship, motivation, and business management.
Pre-training: Selecting candidates and conducting Entrepreneurship Awareness Programmes (EAPs).
Post-training: Providing escort services and credit linkage assistance to help trainees start businesses.
Administration: Preparing success stories, monthly reports, and managing the library or inventory.
Field Work: Conducting follow-up visits to ensure the success of the trainees.
