Stipend Details for Jobs
Selected candidates are entitled to a fixed monthly stipend during their one-year training period:
Graduate (Engineering & Non-Engineering): Rs. 12,300/- per full payable muster month.
Diploma Holders: Rs. 10,900/- per full payable muster month.
The stipend is shared equally (50:50) between SCCL and the Government (NATS/BOAT) and is credited directly into the apprentice's Aadhaar-enabled bank account via Direct Benefit Transfer (DBT).
Eligibility Criteria for Recruitment 2026
Qualification: Candidates must have passed their qualifying examination (Degree or Diploma) during the last five years.
Pass-out Years: Only candidates from the 2022, 2023, 2024, 2025, and 2026 batches are eligible.
NATS Registration: Candidates must first register on the NATS 2.0 web portal and obtain a registration number.
Exclusion: Those who have already undergone or are currently registered for apprenticeship training in any organization are not eligible.
