Eligibility Criteria: Age and Educational Qualification for Applying to Apprentice Posts
Age Limit (as on 05.04.2025):
Minimum: 15 years
Maximum: 24 years
Age Relaxation:
SC/ST: 5 years
OBC: 3 years
Divyang (PWBD) & Ex-Servicemen: 10 years
Date of Birth Criteria
UR: Between 05.04.2001 and 05.04.2010
OBC: Between 05.04.1998 and 05.04.2010
SC/ST: Between 05.04.1996 and 05.04.2010
PWBD/Ex-Serviceman: Between 05.04.1991 and 05.04.2010
Educational Qualification:
Matriculation passed or equivalent with minimum 50% marks.
National Trade Certificate (ITI) in the notified trade issued by the National Council for Vocational Training or Provisional Certificate issued by National Council for Vocational Training / State Council for Vocational Training.
Mode of Selection: Merit List Based Selection Process
Selection will be based on a merit list prepared based on the percentage of marks in matriculation (with a minimum of 50% aggregate marks) plus ITI marks in the trade.
Training and Stipend Details
The training will be regulated according to standards/syllabus issued by the Central Apprenticeship Council.
Stipend Rate:
Rs. 8050/- for a 2-year ITI course
Rs. 7700/- for a 1-year ITI course
The duration of the training period will be 1 year.
