The Placement & Business Development Manager will be responsible for:
Employer Engagement: Identifying employer needs, building partnerships, and facilitating Memorandums of Understanding (MoUs).
Job Market Analysis: Researching industry trends, assessing skill gaps, and identifying geographic opportunities.
Candidate Preparation: Coordinating soft skills training, organizing mock interviews, and providing career counseling.
Placement Drives: Organizing job fairs and campus recruitment events, ensuring smooth logistics and communication, and following up with employers and candidates.
Database & Tracking: Maintaining candidate and employer databases, tracking placement data, and collecting required documents.
